1. Modifications: We reserve the right to amend, modify, add to, subtract from, or amend, at any time, the terms and conditions of this Agreement, which are applicable at our sole discretion. All changes, amendments or other changes, except as otherwise specified herein, shall, once posted on our Sites, take effect on a foreseeable basis. The present contract may not be modified otherwise unless you and Invaluable have signed a letter. Your continued use, including any modifications or modifications made by us as described above, constitutes your binding acceptance of this Agreement.

2. Additional Conventions: The Facilities include: communicate or position a bid via e-mail, or a live tender console, with auction houses; the quest for and link to past or future records of sale including artifact images and approximate and priced objects where available; check and scan for artist data, including biographer’s, artwork samples, etc.

3. Your Account Agreement: You understand that without our express written consent, you will not have several registered accounts or user names with us. You must submit to, with your primary username or your reason for having multiple accounts, should you wish to keep multiple accounts.

4. Machinery:  All telephone, communication, computer software and any other equipment you require to access and use the Services and all charges of description arising from or related to the Services are the sole responsibility of you.

Inestimable, not auction-release participants: We do not take part in actual transactions between site users or any “outside sites” (whether they are auction companies, appraisers, art or antiquities dealers, business people, curators, teachers, antiquities specialists, collectors and others affiliated with Invaluable). We do not regulate the value and validity of goods shown on our pages, or the reliability and accuracy of the details, potential bidding activities, and auction outcomes shown on our sites. They do not monitor such items. If there is a controversy between you and any party arising from your use of the Sites you hereby release Invaluable from (true and consequential) claims, claims and damages of all kinds and character, known and unexpected, suspected and unsupposed, disclosed and unsubscribed, arising from or in any way linked to such disputes.

The right to take any punitive measures against people found to be disrespectful of the offer withdrawals and cancellations shall be indispensable, including without restriction, termination of the account.

You understand and accept clearly that Invaluable does not reflect or guarantee the validity or performance of deals. Invaluable By placing a bid, you expressly authorize Invaluable to bid at any price above the opening bid and up to the amount of your bid on your behalf.

You agree clearly that Invaluable does not have an obligation on your behalf to achieve the lowest possible price. For each auction there may be modifications to the conditions for participation, including how bids are accepted, the rules for absentee bids, increase in bids, the bid retraction, and cancelation, the conditions for the purchase of the item, as well as the specific conditions for selling the item (including warranties, shipping costs, insurance, and the like), etc. The AH shall post these terms and conditions and stick to the terms and conditions during the entire auction era. In committing to this Agreement you consent to be bound by these terms and conditions of purchase.

  1. Heya this is somewhat of off topic but I was wanting to know if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML. I’m starting a blog soon but have no coding know-how so I wanted to get guidance from someone with experience. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
