4. Content Ownership & AI Training

You retain full ownership of all content you create using Tida. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your generated videos, scripts, or uploaded assets.

We do not use your individual content (prompts, scripts, videos, voice samples) to train our AI models unless you explicitly opt in to our model improvement programme. Aggregate, anonymised usage statistics may be used to improve platform performance.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service Providers: Stripe (payments), cloud infrastructure providers (hosting), and AI model providers for content generation.
• Social Platforms: When you use auto-publishing, we share video content with your connected social media accounts (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) as directed by you.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.

6. Data Security
