1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Tida AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Account Registration

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorised access.
• Immediately notify us if you discover or suspect any security breaches.

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan.
• Automatic renewal at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel beforehand.
• Fees being non-refundable except where required by law or as stated in our refund policy.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

4. Credits & Usage

Video generation is metered through credits. Credits are allocated based on your subscription tier.

• One credit equals one video generation (up to 60 seconds).
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period unless specified in your plan.
• Minor edits (caption changes, scene regeneration) within an active project do not consume additional credits.
• Credits cannot be transferred between accounts or workspaces.

5. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain all rights to content you upload, create, or generate through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service.

Generated Content: Videos, scripts, and other AI-generated outputs created on paid plans are owned by you. You may use them for any commercial or personal purpose.

Free Tier: Content generated on the free tier includes a Tida watermark and is licensed for non-commercial use only.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene.
• Create deepfakes or impersonate real individuals without their explicit consent.
• Produce misleading content presented as genuine news or factual reporting.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
• Distribute spam, malware, or engage in phishing activities.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models.
• Circumvent rate limits, credit restrictions, or other technical safeguards.
• Generate content targeting minors or producing child exploitation material.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without notice or refund.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) for auto-publishing. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platforms' terms of service. We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms regarding your content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, unique, or suitable for your specific purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tida AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
• You may request an export of your data within 30 days.
• Any outstanding fees will remain payable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tida AI is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute agreement to the revised Terms.
